- Acne-prone skin tends to be low in linoleic acid and high in oleic, which is one theory for why sebum turns sticky and blocks pores. Hemp seed oil is the opposite ratio, which is why it's the face oil we'd hand someone who breaks out. Rated non-comedogenic and absent from the pore-clogging lists entirely.
