GuaSha is a traditional Chinese medicine technique using a smooth tool to gently scrape the skin and massage the tissue.  Benefits may include reducing the appearance of puffiness, supporting a sculpted look, and providing a relaxing facial massage experience.  The tool can also be beneficial when applying products like serums, oils, or moisturizers.
