Frequently asked questions
What comes inside the Dorm Dining Kitchen Book Box?
You get a rubberwood cutting board with a small paring knife and a bottle opener — the everyday kitchen basics, all tucked into a giftable book-box design.
Is this a good gift for a college student or new grad?
It's made for exactly that. The compact set covers the essentials for dorm or first-apartment life, and the book-box packaging means it's ready to gift as-is.
What's it made of and how big is it?
The board is rubberwood with metal tools, and the boxed set measures about 11" wide, 11.5" tall, and 1" deep.
How should I care for the cutting board?
Treat it like any wood board: hand wash, dry promptly, and avoid soaking or the dishwasher so the rubberwood stays in good shape.
Is it actually shaped like a book?
Yes! The whole set is designed to look like a book, so it stores neatly on a shelf and makes a fun reveal when it's opened.
